Korean tire manufacturer Nexen Tire has announced a new organizational structure for its European operations, bringing its replacement equipment (RE) and original equipment (OE) businesses together under the new leadership.
As part of the organizational change, Dae Choong (DC) Kim has been appointed to lead the new European organization, returning to Nexen Tire Europe from Korea in this executive leadership role.
In his new position, DC Kim will oversee the combined European RE and OE sales organization, supporting closer alignment between the two business areas and strengthening Nexen Tire’s overall approach to the European market. His leadership will contribute to the company’s continued focus on customers, business development and long-term growth across the region.
DC Kim joined Nexen Tire Europe in 2014. He served as vice president of Europe until 2024, before taking on the role of executive vice president of global sales, which he held until September 2026.
Jeff (Jae Hoon) ROH, former vice president of europe sales and marketing, has been appointed as the vice president of global sales planning. In his new role, he will support Nexen Tire offices around the world to maximize their performance, with a focus on the USA and Europe.
The new organizational structure and leadership appointment became effective on October 1.
