Liberty Tire Recycling, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, has announced an expansion of its Gulf Coast operations through the acquisition of All American Tire, Colt Tire Recycling and Genan. The acquisitions enhance Liberty‘s rubber recycling capacity, tire collections and other capabilities across Texas and Louisiana, creating a comprehensive tire recycling network.
According to Liberty, the three acquisitions strengthen its ability to provide integrated tire collection, processing and recycled-material solutions throughout the Gulf Coast while increasing capacity to meet growing customer demand for sustainable end-of-life tire management.

Fort Worth tire collections and recycling
All American Tire Recyclers (AATR), based in Fort Worth, Texas, was founded in 2015 by Tom and Jodi Parker. The company recycles over six million tires annually and diverts more than 22,000,000kg of rubber from landfills, producing crumb rubber and other recycled materials for the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Louisiana tire collections and recycling
Colt Tire Recycling, based in Louisiana, was founded by Kip and Sydney Vincent and is a leader in tire collection in Louisiana, as well as an innovator in the use of recycled rubber for civil engineering applications. According to Liberty, operational excellence of Colt has made it an essential piece in the Gulf region’s recycling infrastructure.
Crumb rubber, playground materials and micronized rubber powders producer
Genan, a large state-of-the-art processing facility in Houston, is a leader in tire recycling and recovery, with a focus on crumb rubber and micronized rubber. The company specializes in producing rubber granules for technically demanding applications, including flooring, automotive parts and asphalt. It also has a patented technology for playground surfaces. Genan’s CEO and president, Thomas Boehme, will continue to lead the brand’s growth efforts in the US through a new role with Liberty.
