Magna Tyres has acquired Forrez, a Belgium-based tire specialist and mobility service provider. This is the sixth strategic acquisition completed by Magna Tires Group in just a few years.
Founded in Belgium, Forrez built a strong reputation over decades as a trusted partner in tire services, fleet solutions, industrial tires and vehicle maintenance. The company is recognized for its technical expertise, strong customer relationships and high service standards across the transportation, industrial, agricultural and automotive sectors.

The two companies hope that their partnership will create strong operational and commercial synergies by combining international scale and purchasing power with local market expertise and customer proximity.
Following the acquisition, the combined group is expected to generate an estimated annual turnover of €275m (US$317.5m) in 2026, providing a strong foundation for the next phase of growth. The transaction is fully aligned with Magna Tyres Group’s long-term strategic roadmap, which targets the creation of a €650m (US$750m) global tire solutions group by 2029 through a combination of organic growth, international expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Forrez will continue operating under its established name and management structure. Magna Tyres Group intends to support the company with additional investments in operational development, product availability and future expansion opportunities.
