ZC Rubber has installed a new production line at its factory in Rayong, Thailand, that increases manufacturing capacity to five million PCR units and 1.4 million TBR tires per year. The company has also launched its first bias industrial tire and motorcycle tires on the southeast Asian market.

The new line at the Rayong facility took two years to develop. The second phase of development of the factory, which became operational in 2016, focuses on two-wheel and bias tire production at 3,000 to 5,000 units daily.

Zhang Liming, VP of ZC Rubber, said, “The place here has developed from being an empty piece of land into a modern factory thanks to the efforts of our experts. We will introduce more new products based on driver feedback and dealer requests for a valuable and safe tire, including PCR, TBR and two-wheel tires. Also the price of the tires is competitive and affordable in the market.”
