FGV and Behn Meyer to co-market products for the rubber industry

LinkedIn +

FGV Rubber Industries, a manufacturer of industrial rubber products and the producer of Ekoprena epoxidized natural rubber (ENR), and Behn Meyer Europe (BM), a distributor of chemicals and resins, have agreed to co-market their products and services by promoting and marketing each other’s products to their respective customer bases and prospects.

It has been shown by Behn Meyer that its surface-modified silica products are uniquely able to interact with ENR in such a way that reduces wear and rolling resistance, and improves the skid properties of silica tread compounds.

The cooperation will enable joint demonstrations and customer visits, presentations and proposals. Customers of FGV and BME will have an option to purchase either the ENR or the surface- modified silica from BM directly or via FGV.
