Kevin Boyle is to retire from Birla Carbon after serving as COO for more than five years. He is to be succeeded by John A Loudermilk, who has served in several key positions at the company.

“I have enjoyed my time with Birla Carbon and am proud of our accomplishments along with the entire team. While it is always difficult to decide when to step away, it is the right time for me and my family, as well as for the company to make a positive transition,” Boyle (far left) said.

Dr Santrupt B Misra, Birla Carbon CEO, said, “We greatly appreciate Kevin’s commitment and leadership to Birla Carbon. Kevin has made several significant contributions beginning with the smooth integration of Columbian Chemicals into the Aditya Birla Group to form the global leader in carbon black. We are fortunate to have had the benefit of his vision and business acumen.”

Loudermilk (above, second left) added, “I am both humbled and excited to get this opportunity to lead this great team. I look forward to building on our long history and achieving new successes for our customers, communities, and all of our stakeholders.”
