The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is to be fitted with Falken Wildpeak A/T AT3W tires in size LT285/70 R17 (116/113Q-rating) as standard, or the Wildpeak M/T in size LT285/70 R17 (116/113Q) optionally.
“It is quite an honor for Falken to be chosen as an original equipment supplier to a brand-new vehicle for FCA,” stated David Colletti, Falken’s vice president of original equipment. “Our OE program with the auto maker continues to expand and we’re very excited to place our product on the Jeep Gladiator.”
The Wildpeak A/T3W combines aggressive off-road ability and rugged terrain driving capabilities. The optimized three-pitch tread pattern design, combined with a high silica compound, are said to enable the A/T3W to excel in three areas: wear, winter and wet performance.
“We know Jeep fans have been waiting for a truck like this, and all of us at Falken are so proud of being able to help bring the vehicle to market. The Gladiator is an instant hit,” concluded Colletti.
