A new SPR 610-930M tire building machine equipped with a group of universal stitchers has been installed at Rosava’s heavy tire production site in Pavlohrad, Ukraine.

This machine combines the first and second stages of radial tire building on a flexible bladder drum, which provides better reinforcement of tire beading and solidity of the tire. According to Rosava’s technical specialists, this process will greatly improve tire performance characteristics and customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the new machine enables the company to increase its production of tubeless and tubed agricultural tires as well as to expand its tire range by marketable sizes to satisfy customer demand.
