ZC Rubber has announced the forthcoming launch of two new passenger car tires in its Arisun range developed for the North American market – the Avaris EV, engineered for electric vehicles with extended range, and the Aggressor WP21, designed to provide all-weather performance.
Engineered for electric vehicles and extended range
The Arisun Avaris EV tire offers a quiet, comfortable ride with low rolling resistance and enhanced handling performance. Its symmetric tread pattern ensures balanced road contact for even wear while reducing vibration and road noise. An optimized tread design expands the contact area, providing precise steering response and confident grip.
To meet the unique demands of electric vehicles, the tire features advanced pressure-distribution technology and a high-strength reinforced carcass designed to handle the higher weight and instant torque of EVs. This construction ensures stable control and long-lasting durability during acceleration, braking and cornering. The Avaris EV has been engineered for extended range, enabling EV drivers to travel longer distances without sacrificing performance.
All-weather confidence
The Arisun Aggressor WP21 is an all-weather tire engineered for drivers in the northern USA and Canada. It provides reliable traction and control on wet, dry and snowy roads, delivering both strong grip and a quiet driving experience.
Four wide, deep circumferential grooves evacuate water to enhance wet-road stability, while optimized high land-ratio tread blocks, working with ZC Rubber’s BPOT Technology, ensure high performance steering and braking on both dry and wet surfaces with a larger contact area. A variable-pitch tread pattern, with optimized block layout and angles, reduces tread pattern noise for a quieter cabin.
For winter, large, closely spaced tread blocks and a robust asymmetric pattern build traction in packed snow, while high-density siping adds biting edges for grip and confident braking on ice. It also features specialized tire construction for greater rigidity and traction, with a complex shoulder pattern design adding grip and stability on snow-covered roads. For summer, the hybrid compound and deep tread design ensure long mileage.
