Point S has launched its first own-branded truck tire range – Point S Tyres Truck.
The truck tire range aims to deliver regroovable, retreadable, high-performance solutions designed for long-lasting value to independent tire retailers. The portfolio has been created for fleets and operators, prioritizing greater efficiency and competitiveness.
The range includes the Point S Mixed Service tire, designed for use in demanding operating conditions, with an emphasis on durability and resistance to stone penetration. The Point S Regional Haul Tyre is intended for a wide range of applications and offers enhanced robustness, with all sizes carrying 3PMSF certification.
Covering eight key references, including 385/65R22.5, 315/70R22.5 and 315/80R22.5, all tires are 3PMSF certified for winter performance and year-round reliability.
Production will take place in Poland and Turkey by a TBR manufacturer.
Fabien Bouquet, the CEO of Point S International, commented, “This launch represents a key step in our journey to support our members and their customers with complete mobility solutions. Transportation professionals need tires that deliver performance, durability and value, which is exactly what this range delivers. It also marks an important milestone in our long-term strategy to strengthen our position in the commercial vehicle sector and bring more innovation, choice and independence to the truck tire market.”
Emilie Faure, the company’s international private labels product manager, added, “From the outset, our goal has always been to replicate the strategy and success of our Point S Tyres passenger car range by extending it to the commercial vehicle market with the launch of Point S Tyres Truck. To support this development, we involved selected Point S members and some of our small and medium-sized fleet clients from various countries to test the product. Initial feedback has been extremely positive, with testers particularly impressed with the range’s performance, as well as its quality and competitiveness in real-world operations.”
