All-terrain rubber from Cooper offers high levels of traction

The new Cooper Discoverer A/T3 Sport all-terrain tire, which is designed specifically for the European market, is now available in a range of sizes for light trucks and SUVs.

It features a new tread pattern, which is said to reduce road noise and improve handling. It is also highly durable. Lateral groove protectors reduce the chance of stone retention and dual-draft angles on the tread element walls assist in cut and chip resistance.

Meanwhile Cooper Tire Europe has opened a new European Fulfilment Centre (EFC) in Hamburg, Germany, to serve customers throughout Europe and Scandinavia.

The facility is fully operational, with the capacity to stock hundreds of thousands of units, including all of the latest high-performance tires under the Cooper, Avon and Starfire brand names. Situated next to a motorway and just 18km from the nearest port, Cooper Tire Europe has secured an ideal location to enhance speed of delivery to customers in the region. Products stocked at the EFC are sourced from Europe, Asia and the USA.
