A Kordsa plant in Brazil has been recognized as one of the best employers in the country for the second consecutive year.

According to a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) that included 33 companies, Sabanci Holding affiliate Kordsa ranked third in the list of the best employers in the state of Bahia, Brazil, with an 86% Trust Index score.

Kordsa CEO Ali Çalışkan commented, “In last year’s Great Place to Work Institute survey, Kordsa was recognized as the seventh best employer. We believe that being ranked in third place this year is thanks to our high standard of human resources management that we implement in our operations on various geographies.

“My sincere congratulations to all my colleagues for their contributions to our success. This result proved once again the strong relationship of our operational and financial success with our employees’ happiness. We will continue to invest in our human resources, which is one of the pillars of our corporate culture.”
