In response to strong demand from its tire industry customers, Arctic Falls plans to undertake an expansion of its indoor hall.

According to Arctic Falls, there is a strong demand for its current indoor hall by tire manufacturers. It has therefore decided to expand the facility by another 10,000m2 with new handling tracks and widen the available range of vehicle testing.

Planning has now entered the final stages and construction is planned to commence as early as autumn 2017. Arctic Falls’ 400m indoor test track provides a controlled test environment for analysis on precisely prepared and repeatable snow surfaces, all year round.

“Our primary goal is to be able to offer our clients a dynamic, tailor-made platform for all-year testing, where track layouts can be customized for maximum flexibility. This is highly interesting to testing companies,” explained Arctic Falls CEO Jonas Jalar.

“Following our currently established schedule, the new hall will be operational in time for the 2018 summer season,” said Jalar.”
