According to a recent study conducted by Statista, Marangoni employees are extremely satisfied in their jobs. This fact was underlined at a recent event focusing on circular economy at the Confindustria headquarters in Italy. During the event, Marangoni chairman, Vittorio Marangoni, also highlighted the company’s best practices.
Statista considered a total sample of over 15,000 workers from companies with more than 250 employees, from a total of 1,900 Italian companies. The result is a list of 400 companies that have been chosen from among those that have obtained higher points than average, and which have been divided into categories according to their production sector.
The people, who were interviewed anonymously, were asked 12 questions regarding their working conditions, job satisfaction, and their working relationship with their direct managers.
Marangoni ranked thirteenth in the automotive and vehicle construction sector, ahead of companies such as Brembo and Magneti Marelli, and was followed closely by Leonardo Finmeccanica and Bridgestone Italia. Ferrari and Lamborghini came top of the list.
Dino Maggioni, Marangoni Group CEO, commented, “The results do depend on the method, the parameters and indicators used to formulate them, however, this survey was carried out by interviewing workers directly, who were able to express themselves freely and anonymously. It is thus a very positive survey that confirms what we perceive on a daily basis in interpersonal relations with our employees.
“For us, this is an encouragement to pursue the path we are already undertaking, to always do better in the management of the quality of the working environment, internal and external human relations and teamwork.”
