New ZC Rubber factory due to open in Thailand

Chinese tire manufacturer ZC Rubber is to officially open its new factory in Thailand on June 29, 2015. Located in the China Zone Second Phase, Amata City Industrial Park in Rayong, eastern Thailand, the company says the facility covers an area of 570,000m². Hundreds of distributors and customers from all over the world, including the USA, Brazil, the UK, Singapore and India, are expected to attend the opening ceremony.

The building of this new factory commemorates an important strategic goal for ZC Rubber in its ‘overseas production, overseas sales’ strategy. The company believes this critical milestone is a step toward further internationalization not only for ZC Rubber but also for the tire enterprises of China.

Thailand accounts for 70% of global rubber production, so the price change of rubber raw materials in the international market will have less of an affect on ZC Rubber.
