To improve sustainability within the industry, Scandinavian Enviro Systems has become a member of The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association and hopes, through its membership, to initiate dialogs about recovered materials and contribute practical knowledge.

“The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association has many members who face tough demands regarding the transition to designing both products and production methods for sustainability and circularity,” commented Thomas Sörensson, CEO, Enviro. “We want to share our knowledge and experience in those fields.”

The Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association consists of 300 member companies which work to represent the industry, including policymakers, authorities and the media. The association is also a member of CLEPA, a European supplier organization which works to strengthen the position of suppliers.

“With ISCC-certified, recovered materials such as carbon black and oil, we hope to create close collaborations with actors in the industry to streamline value chains,” continued Sörensson. “We are also researching other materials such as carbon fiber and that is something we believe will be interesting for the industry.”
