Elect tire range expanded to include aftermarket and winter applications

Pirelli has expanded its Elect range, making the package of technologies developed for EVs and plug-in hybrids widely available for aftermarket and winter applications. The move into aftermarket follows the establishment of the brand for OE fitments and marks the latest stage in Pirelli’s plan to adapt its different product families to suit the trend toward electrification. As a result, Elect technology is being integrated into all P Zero, Cinturato and Scorpion ranges, in summer, all-season and winter versions. The Scorpion family for SUVs, which has just been renewed, is particularly relevant as it currently has the greatest number of Elect homologations.
