A group of 19 Marangoni truck tire retreading experts from eight of the leading branches in Turkey recently visited Italy to learn more about the Fedi Gomme – a subsidiary of the Marangoni Group – fleet tire management program. This involved a five-day demonstration and a visit to the Marangoni Retreading Systems plant in Ferentino where the company manufactures pre-cured materials for cold retreading (treads and Ringtreads).
The trip, from October 3-7, proved a great opportunity. Experts were able to visit the customers serviced under the Fleet Advantage program several times, helping them to gain a much greater knowledge of how the services are provided. This also enabled them to experience the role and function of each of the company’s individual service components: from analysis of the needs of each fleet in different settings, to tire performance monitoring and on-site assistance through special mobile workshops.
