The WeatherPeak touring tire has been launched by Bridgestone Americas and is stated to deliver advanced all-season capabilities.
It is the manufacturer’s first touring tire with all-weather capability and benefits from acceleration and grip attributes that Bridgestone says outperforms competitors in both wet and dry conditions. With sipes that evolve as the tire wears for excellent wet and winter performance, the WeatherPeak’s open shoulder slot design aids in efficient water evacuation from the tread footprint when used on wet roads.
The tire is 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake certified and features full-depth 3D sipes for strong wear performance and grip on snowy roads. The tire also benefits from ridges in the groove channel to promote snow compaction and high-speed water flow for improved traction during the winter months.
The Bridgestone WeatherPeak tire is available in 56 sizes to fit a wide range of passenger vehicles in the USA and Canada.
