Two new Goodyear Farm Tire-branded outdoor power equipment product lines – Goodyear Softrac Pro and Goodyear Softrac Smooth – have been introduced by Titan International. These lines were designed to work together as front and rear fitments for a variety of landscaping equipment, including commercial and residential zero-turn mowers.
These introductions follow Titan’s recent expansion of Goodyear licensing rights into additional product segments, announced last year.
“For years, turf tires have looked largely the same, and recent aggressive designs have swung too far without considering everyday functionality,” said Peter Kortes, outdoor power equipment product manager for the Titan Specialty division. “We set out to create a tread that strikes the perfect balance, modern and bold, yet still turf friendly and practical for any user. The result delivers standout style with the optimal performance customers expect from their equipment.”

The Softrac Pro line features a tread profile and refined contour designed to provide a smoother ride, improved stability on slopes, and high levels of turf protection. Key aspects include a proprietary ozone-resistant tread compound to extend tire life, an engineered tread pattern to reduce turf damage and enhance traction, and a multi-angle lug pattern for traction on hillsides and in various conditions. Current sizes range from 20×10.00-8NHS to 26×12.00-12NHS, including the most popular rear fitments for commercial and residential zero-turn mowers. Additional sizes are forthcoming and will also be tailored to front-engine riders and compact tractors, ensuring compatibility across a variety of equipment.
Softrac Smooth front fitments are engineered for high-precision commercial mowers. The Softrac Smooth line is available in sizes including 11×4.00-5, 13×5.00-6, and 13×6.50-6, covering key front wheel mower fitments.
The Softrac Pro and Softrac Smooth lines have been tested by several OEMs. Working together as front and rear fitments, both lines support a full range of commercial mower configurations, including zero-turn, stand-on and low-profile applications.
