As part of its strategy to re-engage its presence on the European market, Firestone has introduced a new all-season touring tire.

According to the tire maker, simulation and modeling played an instrumental role in the design of the second-generation Multiseason tire. Highlights of the new product include a unique tread pattern and surface-contact area developed to deliver maximum water evacuation in the wet. Furthermore, the all-season tire maintains a balanced level of stiffness in the dry.

It has been engineered to meet the most important demands of customers, following a survey of more than 15,000 European drivers.

Bridgestone’s Multiseason tire achieves a Grade C on the European label for rolling resistance in most sizes and demonstrates a 20% improvement in mileage compared with the predecessor.
