As the exclusive tire partner for the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, Bridgestone has developed an entirely custom all-terrain tire, the Dueler All-Terrain AT002, to complement the off-road supercar and its all-wheel drive powertrain.

Designed to be used on and off-road, the Dueler All-Terrain AT002 features a new tire compound and a specific shoulder which has been integrated to deliver a high level of grip on all terrain types, including deep gravel and mud. Bridgestone has also designed the tread pattern to provide excellent handling and high-speed performance without reducing grip levels in off-road scenarios.

Manufactured at one of the tire maker’s facilities in Europe, the Dueler All-Terrain AT002 has been produced exclusively for fitment to the Lamborghini model and is stated to be the world’s first-ever supercar all-terrain tire to benefit from runflat technology. This will enable the vehicle to be driven a further 50 miles at 50mph with no pressure if a puncture occurs.

The Dueler All-Terrain AT002 tires are available for the Huracán Sterrato in two sizes – a 235/40 ZR19 (96Y) XL RFT for the front axle and a 285/40 ZR19 (107Y) XL RFT for the rear axle. A winter tire called the Bridgestone Blizzak LM005 is also available in sizes 235/40 R19 96Y XL and 285/40 R19 107Y XL.

“With the Dueler All-Terrain AT002, Bridgestone has created a bespoke tire that perfectly complements the high-speed all-terrain concept of the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato,” said Steven De Bock, vice president consumer replacement and OE, Bridgestone EMIA. “We’ve created a tire that is just as capable at high speeds on asphalt as it is when driving off-road, providing high-speed stability and off-road capability, rising to meet a completely different set of challenges on mud, gravel and demanding terrains.”
