Aston Martin DBX707 equipped with Pirelli tires

The Aston Martin DBX707 SUV has been specifically equipped with Pirelli P Zero tires produced at the company’s Settimo Torinese factory near Turin, Italy.

To handle the vehicle’s 707bhp and 900Nm of torque, engineers at Pirelli developed tailor-made tires, a 285/35R23 size for the front, and a 325/30R23 for the back – in addition to the 22in tire which the manufacturer had already produced for the standard DBX.

The P Zero tires developed for the DBX707 feature a compound derived from Aston Martin’s grand touring models to enhance performance, and a stiffer sidewall because of a specific geometry in the canvas which makes up the structure of the tire. Furthermore, the large size of the tire enables a direct steering response and increased cornering speeds.

To improve cabin comfort, the Pirelli tires benefit from PNCS (Pirelli Noise Cancelling System) in the front tires to enable a reduction in road noise. The PNCS technology consists of sound-absorbing material placed within the tire which soaks up vibrations before they are transmitted into the cabin.

For vehicles driven all-year round, Pirelli will offer the Scorpion Zero All Season tire in two sizes.
