Nankang gives an insight into the technologies installed at its factories – including a fully automated, smart storage unit designed to ensure efficient warehouse management and material flow.

Solar panels on the roof of Nankang’s factory generate 9,000MW of energy annually for the plant. This is estimated to reduce carbon emissions by 5,700 metric tons a year – the equivalent to planting 6,386 trees.

Over the next 60 years the tire maker has committed to making its production activities more automated and green.
