SHOW NEWS: BDE introduces academy training service

LinkedIn +

Black Donuts Engineering used Tire Technology Expo 2015 to announce its new training service for tire manufacturers and rubber companies. The Black Donuts Academy covers all levels, from factory floor to management, and offers study programs implemented in association with Finnish and European education organizations.

The courses draw on a pool of modules and are tailor made according to the client’s requirements following an audit visit by BDE. The training is then conducted at the client site, too, with participation exclusively for the company’s staff. ‘Learning on the job’ – BDE staff working alongside the trainees in their daily tasks – is said to be a big part of the process. It’s planned that the first courses will take place in the summer of 2015.
