First European B2B cloud-based content syndication platform

European tire dealers can now access the first digital B2B content syndication platform developed by Michelin. This digital platform, based on cloud technology, will enable partner dealers to access any kind of official digital content provided by the manufacturers in real-time in order to automatically update their own sites.

Dealers that have subscribed to this offer will benefit from access and automatic updates 24/7 for all of the digital content provided by the Michelin group, with reference to its tire activities for passenger cars and vans, for Michelin brand tires initially and then for Kleber, BFGoodrich, Kormoran and Tigar brand tires in the near future.

Approximately 65% of tire buyers seek information on the internet before purchasing, and in 90% of cases, they visit the websites of dealers rather than manufacturers. It is therefore strategic for both dealers and Michelin that customers are able to access consistent information that is updated in real-time. Thanks to this platform, dealers will be able to distribute up-to-date product datasheets, photos, videos and banners on their sites.
