Goodyear Dunlop based in Luxembourg (Colmar-Berg) is currently looking for a team player with strong communication and analytical skills who is looking to join a dynamic business environment. Our Lean Master & Master Black Belt will have the following responsibilities and meet the following requirements:

Department:
CIS Manufacturing Organization EMEA - Luxembourg

Position title:
Lean Master & Master Black Belt Manufacturing EMEA

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide leadership, assistance and support in the development and deployment of 6Sigma initiative at every level throughout the Manufacturing operations
• Will provide the sponsorship required for cross-functional projects to succeed and assure required resources for initiation and completion of projects

Education:

• The candidate must have successfully completed a Technical University Degree at the Master of Science level

Languages:

• Fluency in English and French or German is a must

Experience:

• Working knowledge and/or experience of minimum 5 years with lean and 6Sigma interaction in an international manufacturing environment is required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert in 6Sigma methodologies
• Experience in market and business analysis process
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Minitab)

Profile:

• Good understanding of human related implementation issues
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication, oral and written
• Good motivating and coaching skills
• Willing to travel
